I have been playing since 2016, stopped for years then joined back up in mid? to late? april 2022, when I first joined crh tp to me and killed me for my head and took everything I had before my village got protected. I also at that time asked for my stuff back and never got it. I then changed dynmaps to hide since then. (hope this answers)

It sounds to me that you were aware that CRH has a propensity for killing players - based on his prior action of killing you - and you entered an area VERY clearly marked as PVP On.  There is not a violation of the rules here.  I suggest you try working out a resolution directly with CRH.

I would still like it to be known that I wasn't aware of a fighting pact or agreement. It was clear that I entrusted crh to lead me to an area. I still feel wronged and, that this isn't outmarting because there wasn't any special moves or attack that would make it a fair game. This attack was out of pure malicious intent, like I said before if my head was what he wanted I would have given it. My current balance doesn't affect this situation, I only once have been killed by crh and since then he was been helpful so there was no reason to not trust him. I ask other players for help all the time.
