Alright so, a few things...

1. Woot. I'm 20 now. My bday was June 11. Kovos took me to see Iron Man 3 and then to the best steakhouse evar. It was fantastic.
2. I haven't been on the forums as much because my poor laptop went belly up. I'm writing this from my iPad, so forgive any auto correct errors. Laptop is in the shop, no idea when I get it back. Sometime between the next two weeks or so.
3. When I do get my laptop back, I'm going to be starting a gaming blog, mostly consisting of game reviews. It'll be of any game out there, from console games to PC games to even tablet games. It'll be a part of my YouTube channel, and will probably have a domain name somewhere along the lines of babygirlstar.com

I'm looking for writers. If you want to give your opinions on games you play, have a basic grasp of the English language and its grammatical structure, and preferably have a Facebook account (account, not fan page but this is negotiable), you can either message me on here, email me at my email in my signature, or get on Facebook and go to https://www.facebook.com/xxbabygirlstarYT and message me, we can talk about you contributing to the site.

Alright, I'm sick of you guys posting on the Reports board and the Ban Appeals board. If you don't have anything to actually add to the report/ban appeal (as in, you know, actual evidence), then pipe the fuck down and stop posting.

The reports board and the ban appeal board are important boards only for the use of EFFECTED PLAYERS (and those reporting) and STAFF. Don't fall under any of those categories? Butt out!

Only problem is, before I can really get to work on it, I need to have some art to work with, ya?

General Discussion / Goodbye for now, so long.

I fear, VC, that this is goodbye.

My reasons for leaving are plentiful. Mainly, I want to focus on my let’s playing channel (http://youtube.com/xxbabygirlstar), I want to focus on my relationship with Kovos (April 20th marked 3 months for us), I want to focus on my schooling (which I definitely need to do), and I want to focus on life.

Also, I’m getting a very serious orthopedic surgery done over the summer where I’ll be non-weight-baring for a week and on crutches for months after. I’m going to be in a tremendous amount of pain, which will cause me to be short and irritable with everyone. That’s not a quality that a moderator should have.

…And I guess I should admit that VC has changed for me. I’ve grown up with VC somewhat. I’ve made friends and I’ve made enemies. I’ve learned what to do and what not to do. I started as a regular player, worked beside Kovos as a PR, and even had a taste of being a moderator. And while I do love and embrace change, I don’t think this is the kind of change I want. I’m not going to go into details, but some of the manners in which this server is run, I cannot agree with. I do not say this to fault the staff in any manner—I love them dearly. Disagreements happen. Some of them I just can’t get over.

Before I get on to the goodbyes, I suppose I should divide up what I have amongst the people I trust them with.

Gerudo, I believe, should go into Catty’s hands. As an active player I know, trust, and still communicate with frequently, I’m sure it will be well kept with him. Catty, if you do not want it, now or in the future, I would like to have to say in who it goes to next, as I spent days working on it and don’t want to see it go to the wrong person.

Skycastle is Kovos’ property, I’m only a co-owner, so I don’t need to worry about that.

My money… I have $433075.67. I would like it to be split up like so:

250k goes to Jared316
100k goes to millionaurefore
50k goes to RudeRock
The rest (33075.67) goes to Die_Endermen

I decided to split up my money by first looking at who I knew, then looking at how much they needed it. I’m all about helping the little guy(s). Hope it helps, boys and girl.

I would like any chests of mine to not be broken open. If it wouldn’t be too much of a bother, I’d like them all moved to my Mooshroom Island, Kamino, which I would also like to stay right as it is. If I were to ever come back, I’d like to have my stuff and my pixel art creations. I worked too hard on them to give them up. I can give the co-ords to all my chests to any of the staff members to make the move easier?

Before I depart, I have a few things to say.

First and foremost, thank you Villagecraft, to every member, from the incredibly rude to the incredibly nice. Meeting each and every one of you has been a blessing, and has taught me a little something. Without VC, I believe I wouldn’t be dating Kovos right now, seeing as our conversations about VC, our time spent together on it, and all the support our relationship got when it finally happened helped us along. He’s one of the best things to happen to me, so in turn, you are too.

Runey- Well, I know this isn’t goodbye for us, but while I’m sitting here being all squishy and emotional, I just want to tell you again how blessed I am to know you. You’re like the big brother I wish I had. You’ve helped me through so much and I know that I always have you to lean on when I need it. Thank you.

Akattack- I’m sorry I’m leaving. I really enjoy talking to you, even when we disagree. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to become a PR and a Mod on this server. It meant a lot. I still hope we can keep in touch on Steam

Airbby- I hope this isn’t a final goodbye to you. I’m always going to be on Steam. But anyway, thanks for having my back when I was going up for mod. I know you were a big influence in all of that. Thank you.

Jannygirl- Remember that night you and I sat outside and looked at the moon together? I’ll never forget. I had wet hair and it was only 20-something degrees out and I still did it. I love you. Always. And I’m always going to have my phone on me.

Aidabear- Those late-night conversations in the ender farm via signs were amazing. I’ll never forget them. I always had a bit of a soft spot for you

Million- You’re determined, caring, and always looking to help. Although at times you can be a little over-zealous about expressing them, they’re good qualities. Don’t let them go.

Sax- Even when you annoyed the hell out of me, you were always a little brother to me. Hope we can keep in contact sometime

Die_Endermen- Well, I didn’t just want to put “die” because it seems mean XD Anyway, even though on occasion, you could seriously get on my nerves, I think you’re a good kid and you’ll get far in life if you keep being nice and caring.

Bleh. I’m no good at these. I think to everyone else, we may have had good times and bad, but like I said before, I wouldn’t give them up for the world. And if you didn’t get included in the list, I either don’t have anything specific to say to you, or I’ll see you on Skype and Steam (like catty and Jared and Aysun) so this wouldn’t be necessary

I’d love to keep in contact with you guys. My contact info will be in the signature.

So, I'm back to let's playing. Right now I'm let's playing a Water Monotype (meaning only pokemon with a water primary or secondary type) of Pokemon Pearl. Soon I'm going to pick Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask back up.



That's my latest episode. The quality is normally a lot better, so bare with me, but I wanted to get something posted today.

Brief summary of what happened:
Basically, Glarf griefed everything Kewlboy had that didn't have a lockette on it. This also isn't the first time this has happened, but it was while logblock was down, so I'm not sure if Glarf was responsible for that too or not.
I reimbursed Kewlboy 500$ out-of-pocket to replace the wood.

It's a pretty extensive grief, and he even came back and stole a wooden step later, showing he doesn't care that he has griefed.
I'll leave punishment up to you.

General Discussion / Streaming VillageCraft and other shtuff with Kovos

Well, the subject is pretty clear. On Sunday around 1:00-1:30ish EST, I'm going to be streaming a compilation of games, depending on what mood I'm in. I'm thinking of starting with Amnesia and then streaming VC when I get so scared I have to cry...
Oh and Kovos will be there too, so you'll get to listen to him laugh while I freak the fuck out.
I'll probably have the webcam on, so you'll get to see me and occasionally Kovos and his crazy curly hair.
I'll post a reminder when I start streaming (with a link attached so you can watch me freak out), and make a post when I finish streaming.

Heruls destroyed an entire farm [20 blocks] that all had wheat planted in it.
Coupled with his grief of lishman77 that AwesomeOfPower reported on the Skype chat [locking lishman's chests, which Ako fixed], he's not making a good name for himself.

Parliament | Suggestions / New public warp

We should have a public /warp arena
That way when you see two people talking about battling in the arena, you can easily /warp there and watch, and even participate. Especially since some of our newer players don't know where the arena even is.
Otherwise the closest /warp is info.

Features

- A nice little market that residents can add to using /scs (although, with the current instability of the market, that is not currently recommended).
- A public farm for any resident to use (granted you don't over-use it; don't hog the crops!) donated by Kovos
- A fully powered enchantment table available for use
- Ability to add to your house as long as you stay within the walls & fence (you may build up or dig down)
- A fireworks show around the beautiful fountain, available any and every night, donated by Runek!
- (not pictured) We also have a zombie spawner free for any resident to use!

All you have to do to join is message me on here or in game and be able to pay a 500$ house fee! Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

General Discussion / Full Arena Tournament

I got this crazy idea, and I want to see what people think of it.

x amount of people sign up (I'm thinking between 6-12) for this arena tournament. I'd set up a bracket.
I'd run and record the entire tournament, edit the hell out of it, and upload it to my channel to stimulate some VC interest

I was thinking of some rules:

1. No stacking armor. Only one set of your best armor (I'd like a staff member to sign up to spectate players to make sure they follow this rule)
2. Swords & Bows are allowed, if you want to risk losing them
3. When you lose, all of your stuff goes into a chest I would have locked right in the spectator area of the arena
4. Runner up would get to keep their stuff for doing so well
5. Winner would get all the gear in the chest along with 1k-5k$ IGM

All I would need is interest and a staff member who could help me run this (spectating players before the fight, collecting the gear after someone dies, storing it in chest, and just generally helping me keep the tournament fun).

Saxturian had placed New Year's presents for all the village members. Today, I found Peanut stole 5 diamonds, one from five separate chests.

I can provide screenshots if need be.
The reason these chests weren't locked was so that the person receiving the present could then use the chest as mail box in the vill.

Reports & Grievances / Mob Protection STILL Not Working

So, I paid for the mob protection. They are *still* spawning in my village at random places. Skeletons, Slimes, Zombies, Spiders...
So Runek and Jan have looked into it. Runek's solution, until he could figure out why they were spawning, was to turn off damage.
As you can see in the screenshot, the skeleton gave me damage inside of Gerudo. This expansion was no where near the new boundaries drawn.
Also, Sax was attacked and killed by a Slime within the boundaries and even within the walls.

This is getting incredibly frustrating. I paid a lot of money for this
