yeah so idk what happened but i got on the server for the first time in like 6 months and i cant do or say anything. it wont let me use any commands or say anything in chat or break/build anything in my village. i dont know if yall are messing with me or if this is a legitimate bug or something but whatever it is please try to fix it for ya boi cole.

I will not let this go: anoy asked me to build windows on the top floor of his house.
I build windows on the top and bottom.
he destroys the oned on the botom floor (I didn't know that he didn't want them there.)
he puts lava at my spawn.
I get out of the lava and finally survive.
in the time I have left on fire, I ask dallas to move the lava.
dallas comes after anoy moves the lava.
(so far, I did nothing wrong but accidentally build bottom floor windows)
dallas jails anoy and I for 10 minutes.
i come back on the next day and I was banned.
I was innocent.

two weeks later, kelsey is having trouble on VC and she needs my help.
I tell her that I'm banned.
she said that she will help me get unbanned.
an hour later, she comes up to me and says that they muted her for being annoying.
I asked what she said and she said that she told the truth but nobody listened.
I am innocent, kelsey is only annoying when she isn't on minecraft, and anoy is a witness. when he goes on, ask him anything. he will tell the truth. he keeps saying, I didn't mean to get you banned, and I tell him that it wasn't his or my fault.

Kelsey said that they kept saying that I fucked up. by doing what?

So anoyanator asked me to build him a roof and new windows in his house. I made him a roof and apparently he didn't want windows on the bottom floor. I made the windows and he destroyed the ones on the bottom floor because he only wanted windows in the attic and I didn't know. Then he went to my house where my spawn is and placed a bucket of lava. I kept respawn ing in lava and I needed Dallas to help move the lava because I kept respawning in it and anoy can't get in. By. The time Dallas got there, anoy removed it by block glitching. Dallas jailed us both for ten minutes and didn't know I was on my last chance so the next morning i was perm banned. I am just trying to confirm with the VC staff that I BUILT the windows and ANOY destroyed them. I did nothing wrong. I brought staff in to HELP ME with the GRIEF on MY  HOUSE. I didn't blow my last chance, bruh.

Ok so in VC i built windows in anoyanator's house and he broke them and put lava in my house and I asked dallas to help me move it from my front door and when she got there, anoyanator had already picked it up. I decided to go on VCV for a while and I was in a boat traveling. I was banned for flying. What. the. fuck. that's all I have to say about being banned for flying.

Well I was banned today and I have no idea why. ever since my perm ban last summer, I grew out of my rude, griefing noob state and actually started to be... less of a rude, griefing noob. I don't know who reported me, I checked every report on the forums. I seriously have no idea why i'm banned. I would like to be told.

I have 4 amazon villages all next to each other: Central Amazon (Protected), Amazon River (Protected), Amazon Delta (Protected), and Amazon Market (Unprotected)(Amazon market has a ton of space left for us to build). i need an admin to help me with something: unprotect all of them and pay me 15k; I pay the Admin 5k to protect all 4 together and name it something like "Amazon" or "Amazon Delta" BTW Pitt43 is working on a castle behind Amazon Market so I need that empty area protected too

Reports & Grievances / All my animals killed

I know it's not in the rules but I put up a sign in my village that says, "do not fuking kil my horsies and chickens or i kil u" and i spelled almost everything wrong but someone came and killed my 5 horses and 50 chickens. I'm not saying I want this person banned, but I just want an admin or sm or mod to spawn them back.
I worked hard for my horses and chickens.
and cows which I killed.

Trumpet772 and legokidtg stole the fireworks in the qualia market and set them off in the middle of the farm. I told them to put them back and they did, but then they took them out again and they started to set them off again.
I told them to give them to me and I put the 3 stacks leftover in the chest in the farm. then they came and set the rest off.
I am reporting them for this because they stole from staff.

(For TP killing reports) Was a no-kill promise made between the two parties? no, it was not.
Brief summary of what happened:
spenceswag33 placed a sword in the qualia chest. I never knew it was a player that put it in. it was sitting there for like 2 hours and finally, I decided to take it out. I never used it just in case the owner wants it back. the next day, I put on my enchanted diamond armor that cost me 7k and 50 levels. I asked for it back but he won't give it to me. I know that khe killed me and there was no tpkilling promise but I dont want him banned or muted or jailed (I kinda do) but I want my enchanted dia armor

it took me a week to get the levels, buy the armor, and enchant it. I  just want it back. and if I don't get it back, can I at least have 7k to replace the armor?

Pitt43 and raeiu904 moved out of my village. Literally right next to it they placed two signs that say

This place is for cry baby's like COLE
if you brake this sign Cole, I will report you for griefing.

And these two signs are in the middle of the village I am building. Pitt43 completely grieved the entire village, so now I have to rebuild it because he moved out. So is it illegal on this server to say

Even though this block is on your land, we will report you for griefing if you break it.

Anyways this is funny: he called me a scaredy cat. But who moved out of the village and left their stuff? Him.

I think that there should be teams of like five or ten people to fight with other teams. This doesn't require grief, but people need to be armed. Teams should be like this:

You see? Cause the first 5 people are noobs and the second 5 people are awesome. My "team" used to have Pitt43 raeiu904 and anoyanator (I re commended that anoyanator should join the server. CaptainDerpTacoz too.) that team left my village recently.their houses are still there though. But people shouldn't be on teams with people that air wants to ban (that's why Pitt43 and raeiu904 aren't on my team.)

Brief summary of what happened: Pitt43 and raeiu904 asked for 20 gold and 5 diamonds EACH for a tp. I told ako that I would prank them and give them 20 Diamonds as the name of dirt. i told everyone on the server that I will give Pitt43 20 diamonds and if him or raeiu904 kills me, then they should get banned. I gave it to them, and they killed me and took my 25 sponges. I asked for them back and Pitt43 said no. Then, they came to my house, broke my water-blocking sign and replaced it with dirt, they were taunting me in my house and attempted to kill me (But they forgot that they were in a no-pvp area.) then, they started calling me a faggot and a baby and a hater (Specifically raeiu904) I replaced the sign but they already left the server by then. I need them banned so that they dont annoy anyone else. JANUARYJONES will definitely agree with getting Pitt43 banned, but in this case, I need them both banned.

Brief summary of what happened: Well, on November 13, I let au5tyn live in the village of AMAZON. he paid me $100 for the house I gave him. the next day, when I get on, I see that my window is broken, Pitt43's window is broken, there are random poles, and worst of all - he destroyed my animal farm and let my 10 chickens and 5 cows escape. when he let them free, I think he killed them all, because I don't see any roaming chickens or cows. so this kid thinks that the logging tool doesn't exist, but he griefed. I told him all of the village rules the day he joined, but he apparently ignored them all. I would Really appreciate it if you admins or mods can fix the grief and i would RRealy, REALLY appreciate it if you can respawn the ten chickens and the five cows in my farm.

Octogamer Killed me and pitt43 and he took all of our stuff. He was running through Iguazu and I was telling him to get out. He has all of Pitt43's stuff still. He was spawnkilling us and he was following us. I told him to give him the stuff back but he just said that he killed pitt. he didn't give Pitt43's stuff back to him yet.

I read Pitt43's appeal for me, and you guys are all saying that I need to appeal. So here I am. I played on a few servers (And by a few, I mean about 15). I liked a few, but those started to lag and I deleted them. the rest pretty much were horrible. I played on all of these servers and all of them are starting to suck. this one, however, is a really good server. don't tell me anything I told you guys earlier, because I don't mean any of that anymore. I have been banned from this server for about five months now. I once said that I wanted to be unbanned and then a day later I said that I don't care about this server. Now, I want to be unbanned, and I wish I never said that I don't care about this server, because this was my favorite server. I haven't griefed at all ever since I got banned from this server for breaking Pitt43's Windows, and I will never grief anything again. I'm really sorry about the grief. there is one thing about this server that I really don't care about anymore, and that is Riverside village. I agree with your insults about Riverside, and yes, Riverside is a pretty junky village. I am really sorry about the grief I have done to the server. I really miss this server and I would really appreciate it if you would let me be unbanned.

Being banned for a month is kind of long for me. But I do miss this server.
It's Cole.
I was banned a month ago by my good friend Pitt43. I broke his glass. I only did it because he was ganging up on me with raeui904 and their dogs. I also think they took my Oblivion. He is also aggressive When I'm talking to him on Skype. Pitt43 also got me banned from 2 other servers. 1 of them was a simple prank by moving one of the heads I gave him to 3 blocks away from its original spot. My point is that he reports me for almost reasonless things. i offered him new glass on Skype after I broke his. And JANUARYJONES, check your logging. he broke a wall of my house that I replaced for sure. I swear to god he griefed me

I did the crime, I did the time. Banned for 5 days. I didn't know that I'd get jailed once I got back on. I apologized to Saxturian twice. Can you please un-jail me?  Pitt43 has been waiting a while and so have I. we're relocating, renaming, and rebuilding Riverside and I can't abandon a village I own.

If you go down the Eastbound mine cart, you'll eventually see some nether rack on fire. this is my signal for "CONGRATS! You've hit Riverside Village (#1 Grieved)" We were grieved by JE_CameWin and his friends ,JuliusGrimes, npadams, and the one who killed my iron golem: OctoGamer. These people GRIEF Riverside and mainly kill the Co-Owner: Pitt43. Pitt43 has $5000 to pay for Riverside's PROTECTION but he never gets the time to PAY it due to Grief. MESSAGE TO ALL ADMINS: Please do all you can to help Pitt43 pay the $5000 and protect our houses.
