Title: PVP Breach

1 time I was hanging out in my village Hillside the PVP was turned off yet some1 could still kill me.  She was also able to go outside the boundaries and shot arrows at us.  Is this supposed to happen?

I've heard of alot of incidences in other villages.

If they are going outside the boundaries of the village they would be able to shoot you, however they should NOT do this and it should be reported when it happens (not weeks later) so we can investigate.

If you have PVP off in your village no one should be able to hurt you (and throwing enderpearls/snowballs is not allowed either).
