Title: Is the server down?

i cant connect to the server but the banner at the bottom of the website page says 12 people are online.. could someone tell me whats going on please?

weird when i click on the voting links it says offline but like i said website says online.. all well time to go do something productive....like sleep

The server was down for a while on 01/19 - it is now back up and ready to rock and roll. :)
