Title: Runek and january saying completely different things

Ok, so i tped to this guy and he was in the outlands in his house. I killed him and right after i did runek killed me and gave me like only 3/4 of my stuff back saying you cant killl ppl in their houses. The other day january said if a village says no pvp then that means no pvp. But she said if it has pvp then pvp is allowed. xxbabygirl (a represenative) also said that tpa killing was allowed unless an agreenment was made. I never agreed to not kill him. in fact we didnt even say anything. I have been killled in my house plenty of times, and a admin never said the killer couldnt do that. Is this a rule? No killling in someones UNprotected home?

My bad on this one. :) I misunderstood something that an owner said. I'll rep your levels. Sorry about that. Now we know.

This appears to have been fixed, then?

TP killing is allowed anywhere unless there is a no-kill agreement and it's not in a no-PVP zone.
Runey will replace the items and levels and stop aboosing players :P
