Why should I be pardoned you asked.
It's been over 6 months since the day I have been removed from VC. I've gotten through most of my issues at home, and am now taking AP classes in Middle school. I'm no longer a complete douche who cared only for personal gain, as I see fit that all should have fun or there is no profit whatsoever. Before, I was the second richest man in the server, and constantly bickering with the previous super-mod CJM721. Now that CJ has left, I was wondering if this would be the perfect time to create my appeal. Many of the administrators suggested me to wait 3-4 months but I didn't think I should return so quickly.
Right now, there is a new VC community out there. One I want to see and be a part of. I also want to play with my Sheriff, digdug68.
If any of you guys could consider granting me another chance, even though I have received many, it would be greatly appreciated and you will not regret your decision.

Greetings, everyone.
I would like to provide my support for this appeal, after having several conversations eventually ending in an invitation to assist me in my work of creating Vault, I have seen that Rainy has actually been reformed in a sense. He is kinder, wiser, and overall a much better person, perse. I would highly suggest the staff of the server to, in the very least, locate Rainy in a sort of probation program, as one which _tr0ll was placed in. I appreciate your effort in reading this.

I would like to point out that I was a mod on Rainy's tekkit server for a few days (this was in roughly October). During this time, I was in charge of keeping the general peace because Rainy was either too busy or did not care.
While on the server, I witnessed Rainy not only grief his own players, but harass them as well (for example, he turned the region around my house into a nether area so I would be swarmed by Zombie Pigmen). One of the staff members also impersonated me and abused the players. I left roughly 3 days after joining the server because, to be quite frank, the staff sucked.
Although this was a while back, I do not believe Rainy has changed much. He has been temp-banned multiple times, muted, banished, and banned during his VC career. He agreed to a contract that he broke (more than once [I.E. Glitching out of his imprisonment and going to his enderfarm]).
On a side note, I would like to congratulate you, Rainy, for applying yourself in school and for solving your personal issues. However, I truly do not believe you are worthy of coming back to this server. You had your chance and you blew it... multiple times.
---If he is to be let back onto the server---
I suggest he start completely over. All of his things should be removed, his balance should be reduced to $200, and he should not have rights to any land.

Temp ban me for from forums from this post do it. He still deserves another chance though dammit!!!

If you're unbanned it will include some of the things in Kovos's recommendations. Your balance upon banning was $-9001, which will remain in place.
I won't edit your membership in villages, however, as that is the responsibility of the owners (and I usually try not to meddle with village affairs anyways).
Your return will also be on a 1-chance basis. Fair?

I really didn't have time. I was always fixing the spawn when someone would use a redmatter star to grief it, I eventually shut down.
