Title: Griefed again
Post by: Die_Endermen on 2 April 2013, 08:38:37 PM: Today, iPakfy griefed my whole garden. I tried to kill her with lava but she was pouring water so it failed. Then, a lot of people came to check out the grief and everything was gone. This was settled. I'd like to know if you can take your house down if you're moving because i have a lot of valuable things I dont want to lose. I also want to take the brick of my building to make a new home in a safe place away from griefers.

Also, trying to kill someone with lava is not allowed in villages. Please don't resort to that.
And if the grief is settled why did you post about it?

Okay, here's the deal, as I see it
If you built the house AND YOU CURRENTLY OWN IT, you can tear it down
If you built the house and sold it/gave it to someone else, you can NOT tear it down
UNLESS you evicted the person. And in that case, you should give any material they added to the house back (like lets say you gave them a one floor house and they build a second floor. You should give them back the materials they used for that second floor).
