Title: Claiming abandoned villages

I have heard one may claim abandoned villages, and I would like to know if you can indeed do so, and if so, what are the costs?

I think admins are in charge of that. From what I've seen, they look at a village if someone is inquiring and set a price for it according to how large/detailed/useful/etc. it is.

Yes you can acquire them. If you are a member and the owners are long gone, you can have it for free.
If you own a town right beside it and want to annex it, we can sometimes work something out for free, sometimes not.
Otherwise it is 5000, or more if it is a valuable village.

What if you do not want the village itself but only the chests that are in them?
