Its also illegal to kill someone with a bulletproof vest on in new jersey..  I guess the vest makes you an official new jersey bad ass...

Does New Jersey have stand your ground laws? That would make an interesting (though sad) dilemma for the courts.

Also- it is illegal to kill someone. Does wearing the bullet-proof vest make it more illegal?

it does make it more illegal. Makes 3rd degree murder to 2nd degree...
