Title: Fix Arena Borders

The arena borders are extremely annoying. People like Kovos and Knitefall don't need to go in the arena to kill people as they just kill at the borders. Alot of people do this and it is annoying, I request that someone fixes this.

Btw CJ I clearly stated I was demonstrating their actions.

I came first because rain was saying come get me then noticed the complaining told you to stop did not so sent you to jail to get your attention. I have no idea if knite / kovos where doing it before but I did warn you all. And rain you kept doing it.
