The title is quite self explanatory however I can't link because I'm using a phone though Luis can probably if you ask .

Chaos has had it on his server for a few days now and it is really cool. Doesn't really serve a purpose, but it nice to be able to see what health the mobs are on. He has had it running on 1.6.2 though so ask him for details...

I think its part of 1.6 bukkit or essentials right now... I have a server and I have it without any additional plugins, You can either have it as a Bar or as Hearts.
