Title: naturalhorses plugin

so i was talking to some people about horses and how it would be cool if they could spawn in already loaded chunks and i may have found a plugin for that, i just wanna see what you guys think about this. it basically lets horses spawn in any plains biome i believe :P

I think this Plugin would be great so you dont have to sell horse eggs and we can still get horses for our barns and such :)
