Title: Diablo 3 closes all auction houses

So just got an email about this, and Blizz sure is advertising it. They will shut down both in-game currency and real money auction houses down next year in March.

To me D3 was a massive disappointment. D1 was a great game for it's time. D2 and it's xpac expanded on everything D1 had- spell book was updated into "talent" trees, more loot, item sets, gems and runes, crafting with the horadric cube. Then D3 comes along and strips back everything from D2 that made it great.

So now hearing news they are scrapping the AH from the game, hopefully this is part of a number of changes to make the game more interesting, rewarding and personal. I might even try it out again. LOL they are slowly erasing the influence Jay Wilson had on the game.

3D is a stupid gimick and adds nothing to the viewing experie- Oh, we are talking about Diablo III, not 3D. Sorry, my bad.
