octogamer was spawn killing me in my own house and he somehow glitched up the floor of my house and killed me three times

This isn't an appeal, and this board does not require a form. Why are you locking things instantly? Don't.

Just request more info if we need it, and suggest the form if it is appropriate in that case. No need to force them to make a new thread.
