Title: Chairs

Added a ChairsReloaded plugin.

You can now right click to sit on stairs.
You must be right beside them.
You cannot have a building block in your hand.
Shift to get off.
Enjoy.
:)


PS: I think there is a /chairs on|off command to enable or disable the plugin for your self.
