Today I added a plugin which adds head drops for every and any mob, if it is killed by a PLAYER! This means no AFK-to-kill mob farms :P
Currently, the rate is set to 5%, with an extra 5% added for every level of looting to allow a total of 20% chance. This works on all mobs and players, except wither skeletons, which remain with a 2.5% drop chance. These are still however affected by the %5 per looting change.
Due to this plugin being bizarre, rather than using proper methods, it uses his own. This means some heads may derp a little when placing them. Ones that do this are sheep at the moment. If you find any more, tell me!
These drop chances may be tweaked a little depending on how we feel the skull trade industry is working. We'll keep a full log on here!

Cool plugin, I tried going for Endermens. I tried for 10 minutes only things I came back with were 72 enderpearls and 10 levels of XP.
