Title: how do u vote in parliment

so I've been apart of parliament for awhile now and I still am not clear on where/how to vote on the bills that want to be passed, also where do I find these bills. pls help

Votes shop up every so often, and look like these (#13 (http://www.villagecraft-server.com/forum/?topic=3532.0), #14 (http://www.villagecraft-server.com/forum/index.php?topic=4136.0), #15 (http://www.villagecraft-server.com/forum/index.php?topic=4165.0)). You can vote on them by just using the poll that is at the top. They're all archived in this board, and new ones are advertised in-game as well as on here.
