Title: jnorth minor pvp border hop

He was following me in outlands as I was checking some block logs and hit me and ran to the safety of a village which was a few blocks away. This isn't anything big but hes been breaking a few minor rules lately and I just wanna make the ones I see are logged.

He tried fighting me in different gear a few minutes later and border hopped again btw.
