Title: Querica: looking for better owners

So before I left for three years, I built a small town on the water called Querica. However, I have noticed that I am obviously the worst at taking care of it, so therefore I'm looking for a multiple owners. I have screenshots if you want them, or you can see it sometime I'm online. Is anyone even remotely interested?

I don't wanna bump this too hard, but lately I also acquired mob protection via donors. Thats basically 100k for free in a sense. I also have been doing quite a bit of building so its expanded a bit.
