Due to technical difficulties, we have had to redo the vote, and are now including an additional location.

Heyo, so some of us have been discussing the idea of a VC meet up. So I am going to list some locations, please vote for ALL of the locations you would be willing to travel to if a VC meet up was to be held. Rest assured we would do it in an open, public environment once safe (so when Covid-19 calms down).

I would definitely like to do a meetup but like the post I made on the last, LA is the most feasible for me since I got a definite date of me being there in a couple of years. DC is quite too far for me but message me on discord or something for a smaller scale thing since I do not want to derail brutal's thread and all. I am always welcome to meeting people, I just live in a place in the US very far from these places.

I mean, I'm still in high school, & it would be a pretty substantial travelling time/cost for all of those places. I'd love to go to a meetup in a few years, once I have some more freedom to travel, though.

Same here :P I would honestly be willing to spend the money and time travelling that far if it was within the US/Canada (plane tickets are super expensive so that would probably be a no go) once I'm out of school and independent. A meetup of some sort sounds really cool.

I know this isnt feasible for everyone, but a nice option to keep in mind as well is train travel, AMTRAK can be shitty and slow, but at least its cheap!

I am only 14, so sadly i cannot join the meetup, due to things that have happened in the past, although if there is a stream of the meetup i would be more than happy to attend, even put my webcam in if that is ok
