Cooper's Hawks!!

Fact 1:There was a study (where 300 of them were investigated) to see how many of them had damaged their chest bones, and  around 23% of them had healed broken bones
(this isn't quite a fact just an interesting statistic so I'll add a third which is actually one)

Fact 2: The male birds have higher pitched voices than the females :P

Fact 3: They pluck the feathers out of their prey before eating them
