I seem to lack the "New Poll" button. As such, I cannot start a poll. I'm unsure if I am not supposed to be able to make polls, but since it was in Off-Topic and not in a much more serious forum, I'm unsure as to why I cannot make a poll. I asked a few staff as to why I could not make a poll, and the responses I got ranged from "It depends on the channel" to "I did not think that was a staff button, as Chef has posted polls."

To clarify, I can't make a poll in any forum tab, and I don't think I've ever been able to make one. I'm a Member of Parliament, nothing more, nothing less. Is this supposed to be the case?

Anyone should be able to make a poll in Off Topic on the forums. The button is before you make the topic at the top of that channel and if you don't have the button featured in the photograph below, then your settings must be off and an admin will have to adjust it.
