Title: Staff-run events

I have seen more and more people complaining about general boredom. I think a few 'official' staff-run events would remedy such feelings of boredom on the server.

A few events could be:
-PVP tournaments
-Building competitions
-Pig Jousting
-Parkour challenges
-Etc.

Of course, players can do this too... but I think staff-run events would have a more 'official' air to it. I would like to hear some feedback for this idea. It's not an official plugin, but I think it would cure the sense of boredom. What do you all think... and most importantly, what does the staff think? Would you all be willing to run these events?

Me and bl4ck made a fortress, and asked people to come assault it the other day. Was really fun.

Sooooo, is anyone interested in an area where we build forts and attack them? or maybe capture some sort of flag?

I'd be for a capture the flag event.

I also think a "class system" would be cool for this sort of thing because it would give a more strategic spin on things. Of course, that's just speculation, but it would be legit in my opinion.

I think a Pvp tournaments would be fun! But it would have to be on brackets, or just a strait up mosh pit

I think it would depend on how the staff would like to run it.

Bl4ck had the brilliant idea of adding a new warp at Qualia.

There is a sign when you /warp market that says:
[Warp]
v-VCnews
Everyone

It will take you to a place much like /warp help, but it is dedicated to giving you new updates on events and whatnot. I encourage everyone to check it out when they get the chance!

But there is. If you right click the sign, it will take you to the VCnews warp. On your left, you will find information about events

I would love to host any of these events if staff, admins, moderators, etc. are offline.
