I can't post new topics on the parliament page of the forums why is that????  This section is to talk about server/forum problems.

Might I suggest taking this to an admin when you are online next? Or perhaps sending them a message via the messaging system here on the forums?

I am sure they will get back to you that way and it saves forum posting. Thank you.
