I keep checking out the "Upcoming Votes" section for awhile now.  So when r we gonna vote?  These "Upcoming Votes" take awhile to come.

Those upcoming votes are for plugins. Bukkit is unstable right now, let alone many plugins. Annoyingly, those votes have been pending for a while because of the extremely slow update times for Bukkit recommended versions. Hold tight.
