Title: Ottboy keeps spamming me and other players

Ottboy keeps spamming me with tp requests all the time!!!!  I tell him to stop but he just keeps sending to requests!!!  I hate this guy!!!

You can /ignore and /tptoggle. Both will stop him from sending you requests.
