Title: Ottboy Chat Spam

A few days ago Ottboy played VC all day saying "Anybody got a job for me?"  This got really annoying and he was repeatedly warned to stop.  He went unpunished but I would like to suggest a $500 fine is that ok?

Uhhh, no. A muting would be in order for spam.

Were there any staff on at the time?

I'm almost positive there were quite alot of staff.  I said he was online all day.

Well then they saw no reason to take action. I also do not see this as a MAJOR issue. If it was not causing a huge disruption, there is no issue.
